Mashal

Description

Place in the territory of the tribe of Asher [Josh 19:26 ], which, along with adjacent villages, was allocated to the Levites of the Gershon family. In [1Chr 6:74 ], it is named Masal. It probably lay somewhere on the coastal plain south of Akko.
