Description
The original owner of the garden, which finally came into the hands of Manasseh, the king of Judah. Manasseh and his son Amon were buried in this garden [2Kgs 21:18 , 2Kgs 21:26 ; cf. 2Chr 33:20 ]. It was most likely a place in Jerusalem or nearby.

strength, a garden in which Manasseh and Amon were buried (2Kings 21:18; 21:26). It was probably near the king's palace in Jerusalem, or may have formed part of the palace grounds. Manasseh may probably have acquired it from some one of this name.
