アワ、`awwa`; 欽定訳聖書ではアヴァ、a'-va: アッシリアのシャルマネセル王が、彼によって捕囚されたイスラエルの子らの代わりにサマリアの都市に置いた人々の属する州です。[王下 17:24]。これはおそらく、アッシリアによって征服されたイワ[王下 18:34; 王下 19:13; イザ 37:13 ]と同じです。
